The lines that distort a per-flat rate
Monthly floors for small societies, GST, payment gateway charges, extra guard licences, hardware, onboarding, and feature add-ons. Two vendors quoting ₹25/flat can differ by 2× on a 40-flat society once the floor and GST land.
DGate’s published numbers
1 month free, then ₹30 per registered flat (compact) down to ₹20 (301+), with a ₹999/month minimum that covers up to 33 flats. Higher slabs cannot undercut the previous slab’s maximum. Annual: pay 11 months, 12th free. GST extra on quotations (currently 18%).
Included: the whole app — gate, maintenance accounting, resident and guard logins. Not included: GST, Razorpay’s own fees, your CA, CCTV, or a dedicated onboarding manager as a paid SKU.
