Yes. The Android and iOS apps are free to install. Your society pays a subscription based on the number of flats, so residents do not pay for core society features.
The app works once your society is onboarded. Share DGate with your RWA committee or book a demo and we will set up your society, import flats, and train your guards remotely.
DGate runs on Android phones and tablets and on iPhone. Guards typically use an Android phone or tablet at the gate desk; admins can also use the web admin panel.
Yes. DGate is a pan-India platform. Societies in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Chandigarh and tier-2 and tier-3 towns all use the same app, and onboarding is handled remotely.
Yes, an active internet connection is needed so approvals reach residents instantly and entries sync to the society log. A basic mobile data connection is enough.
